Large Tonnage Chiller

YORK chillers provide the best route to the real-world energy performance – the combined performance at all operating conditions, not just design. Performance of YORK chillers will be certified in accordance with ARI Standard 550/590. YK Centrifugal Liquid Chillers The YORK YK R134a Centrifugal Liquid Chillers are completely factory-packed including the evaporator, condenser, compressor, motor, lubrication system, control centre, and all interconnecting unit piping and wiring. YS Rotary Screw Chiller The YORK YS Rotary Screw Chiller is completely factory-packed, including evaporator (cooler), condenser, sub-cooler, oil separator, compressor, motor, lubrication system, control centre and refrigerant isolation valves. The factory package consists of a “leaktight” design. YR Screw Chiller Each YORK YR R134a Screw Chiller will be completely factory-packaged including evaporator, condenser, compressor, motor, OptiView control centre and all inter-connecting unit piping and wiring. The chiller will be painted prior to shipment and will be packaged to protect the unit during shipment.

Small Tonnage Chillers

Our small tonnage chiller range includes a broad line of cooling and heating products which can be found in any commercial applications. * YAEP High Ambient Air-cooled Liquid Chillers The YORK YAEP range of chillers is designed for water cooling. Units are available with one, two, three or four refrigerant circuits. Units are completely assembled with all interconnecting refrigerant piping and internal wiring, ready for field installation. The unit is pressure-tested, evacuated and fully charged with refrigerant and includes an initial oil charge. After assembly, a full run test is performed, with water flowing through the cooler, to verify that each refrigeration circuit operates correctly. All units are designed to be located outside on the roof of a building or at ground level. * YCAB The YORK Air Cooled Scroll Chiller/Air Source Heat Pump YCAB Series provides chilled and hot water for central air conditioning applications using central station air handling or terminals units. They are completely self-sufficient and are designed for outdoor (roof or ground level) installation. Each includes hermetic flexible scroll compressors, air cooled condenser, shell and tube evaporator, and a microprocessor control centre. All components are mounted on a steel base. * YEWS – D Water-cooled Screw Chiller The YEWS model is completely assembled with all interconnecting refrigerant piping and internal wiring, ready for field installation. The unit is pressure tested, evacuated, and fully factory charged with refrigerant and oil in refrigerant circuit. After assembly, a run test is performed with water flowing through the cooler to ensure that each refrigerant circuit operates correctly. The chiller conforms to JB8654 – The Safety Requirements for Displacement and Centrifugal Chillers (Heat Pump).

Airside Products

The YORK airside product range is designed to provide a comfortable environment for any commercial and industrial and residential applications. * YGFC Fan Coil Units The YORK YGFC fan coil units provide 400 models in four major series of ceiling concealed mounting, vertical concealed mounting, ceiling exposed mounting and vertical exposed mounting for customers to choose. The air flow is from 180 m3/h to 2050m3/h (at high speed). The customer can select a unit of high static pressure model if necessary. The design and manufacture are flexible and it can be customized according to requirements. This product is designed strictly and manufactured finely, having an up-to-date style and advanced structure. It is high-efficient, low noise, energy, safe, reliable, and easy to maintain and install. * YAH Air Handling Units The YORK YAH series air handling units are ceiling-type airside products of the central air-conditioning systems. They are designed for fresh air units, or to cool, dehumidify and dry, heat, isenthalpically humidify, filter and clean the air. The conditioned air can be delivered to locations of certain distances via ducts. This unit is especially suitable for the air-conditioning of light commercial buildings and industry applications. The YAH series air handling units have 9 models with various row types with cooling capabilities range from 12kW to 225kW. * YSE Air Handling Units The YORK YSE series air handling units provide hot water heating in winter and chilled water cooling in summer. It consists of 7 types of unit with two types of return air method – direct type and duct type for selection.
